• The source of an incoming e-mail is compared with an online database of known spam sources and if matched the message is automatically marked as ”Junk“.
• Removes 80-90% of unsolicited e-mails
• Databases are constantly updated to ensure new sources of spam are identified
• Known sources of unwanted email can be added to a blacklist
• Mail classed as spam is automatically moved to the "Junk" tab for review.
