DbNetOffice includes a fully functional web-based diary that contains the following features:

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly views allowing appointments for any period to be seen at a glance.
• Share appointment information with all users or just users in your group.
• Assign another user to act as your P.A. and organise your diary on your behalf.
• Elect to have appointment reminders sent by e-mail or SMS text message*.
• Schedule recurring appointments.
• Organise meetings and invite both DbNetOffice users and contacts as attendees.
• Define "teams" of users and view consolidated diaries for those teams.
• Book resources such as rooms and equipment for meetings.

* Requires subscription to a text-messaging web service.
